Guarantee: All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and feeding.

Snakes will be properly sexed. If you are not completely satisfied with

your shipment we will replace any animal for the cost of the return freight,

or refund your money if notified within 48 hours of receipt. After 48 hours

of the shipment arrival, we assume no further liabilities. Genetics are verifiable and

guaranteed on all sales. Feeding card, genetics Photo I.D. and after arrival care

information will be provided. We are dedicated to the care and maintenance

of all of our Reptiles. All animals will be properly represented. We will not

mislead linage to make a sale! We are not a breeding mill; we do not mass

produce to make a profit.

Payment: Payment in full is necessary before the snake(s) will be shipped. We accept the following methods of payment: personal checks, business checks, cashiers checks, money orders and Credit Cards through Paypal on some sales.

Payment Plans: We do offer very flexible payment plans on some of our available animals. Please don't hesitate to contact us for full details.

Reservations: Reservations can be made on a "first come, "first served" basis. To secure your place on a reservation list we must receive a 20% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cannot fill your order.

Shipping: We do not ship internationally, domestic shipments only. We ship via Delta Dash insured; guarantee live arrival. In order for the insurance to be effective, the receiver must confirm live arrival at the air cargo counter at the time of pickup, and any problems must be reported at that time to the air cargo agent. If there are any problems notify the Delta Customer service Desk immediately to fill out a claim. Then notify us immediately.
